The Boston Patent Law Association (BPLA) Patent Law Committee cordially invites you to attend a seminar on Multi District Litigation Challenges in the Patent Context. This seminar will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at the Seaport Hotel in Boston.

The Speakers will be:
Donald R. Ware, Esq. Chair of Foley Hoag LLP's Intellectual Property Group. Don represented Biogen Idec, Genzyme and Baxter Healthcare in multidistrict litigation against Columbia University, challenging a patent on recombinant DNA technology, resulting in Columbia’s granting plaintiffs a royalty-free covenant not to sue.
Steven M. Bauer, Esq. Head of the Litigation Department at Proskauer Rose 's Boston office, and one of the leaders of the Firm’s Patent Litigation Practice Group.
